Forty-five University of Alabama Student Athletes Named To SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll A total of 45 University of Alabama student-athletes, representing football, soccer and volleyball, were named to the 2010 Southeastern Conference Fall Academic Honor Roll the league office announced Wednesday.

The Crimson Tide football team had 27 players named to the Southeastern Conference Academic Honor Roll, third in the SEC, behind South Carolina, 31, and Vanderbilt, 30.

The complete list of football players include: Jonathan Atchison (Pre-Business), John Baites (General Business), David Blalock (Accounting), Chris Bonds (Kinesiology), Hardie Buck (Marketing), Drew Ballard (Mechanical Engineering), Nate Carlson (Public Relations), D.J. Fluker (Health Studies), Brandon Gibson (Public Relations), Ben Howell (Telecommunication & Film), Aaron Joiner (Pre-Medical), Barrett Jones (Accounting), Samuel Kearns (General Studies), Kendall Kelly (Undeclared), Nathan McAlister (Pre-Business), AJ McCarron (Undeclared), Greg McElroy (Sports Management), William Ming (Finance), Wesley Neighbors (Finance), Kevin Norwood (Undeclared), Morgan Ogilvie (Finance), Tana Patrick (Restaurant & Hotel Mgt), Trent Richardson (Undeclared), Brad Smelley (Marketing), Logan Thomas (Communication Studies), Chance Warmack (Public Relations) and Kellen Williams (Education).
